From drawing to finished piece
Everything is resolved before a machine starts.
Every project begins with a detailed review of approved drawings, specifications, materials, hardware and finishes. Our technical and production teams translate the design into clear manufacturing information. Components, joints, machining requirements and assembly sequences are all defined before production begins.
It is unglamorous work, and it is the reason complex joinery moves through our factory without surprises.

Investment
Thirty years, and a new production line.
Dekoriti turned thirty in 2019. We marked it the way a factory should: by commissioning a new production line and opening it properly, with the people whose work it would change standing in the room.
A representative of the European Union Delegation in Kosovo spoke at the inauguration. The ceremony was covered by RTV21.

Six processes, one building. Nothing is brokered out, so nothing gets lost between suppliers.

CNC machining
Digital production data drives precise cutting, drilling, routing and shaping, which is particularly valuable for repeated hotel-room components, complex geometries and curved panels.

Solid wood
Selected timber becomes frames, legs, profiles and mouldings, each prepared to the required moisture, dimension and grain direction, then hand finished.

Veneer & panel
Veneers selected and matched for grain, pattern continuity and colour between adjacent components: book and sequence matching, MDF, plywood, HPL.

Surface & finishing
Controlled sanding and preparation, then clear, stained, pigmented, oiled or lacquered systems in matt, satin or gloss, with samples approved first.

Assembly & pre-fitting
Elements are trial assembled in the factory to verify dimensions, joints, alignment and hardware, then separated into transportable sections.

Packing & installation
Export packing built for international road transport, coordinated logistics, and installation by our own teams. Our trucks reach Germany in roughly 72 hours.
Sustainability
100 kW of our own sunlight.
We installed a 100 kW solar system at the facility, reducing our reliance on conventional energy and cutting the carbon footprint of everything that leaves the factory.
